This decoration is a real time saver.  It consists of a 3.65m clear plastic strip, to which is attached the dangling decorations which hang down about 40cm.

The ends of the plastic strip are reinforced and have cord attached.  All you have to do is attach the cord to two points on the ceiling and Hey! Presto! instant ceiling decorations.  No need any more to spend hours attaching streamers and decorations individually to the roof.
